My wife and I are a retired couple who did not want to stop living and set by the fire side. Luckily one of Kathy's friends was a die hard Craft show follower who kept nagging us to offer  at craft shows what we were already making for gifts. We did one craft show and we have been hooked ever since. You meet the nicest people in the craft world. Although since that time our Craft business has evolved and expanded  to include other products and markets, we still meet the nicest people.
